Wish I could phone you Dad - I think of you often but it's special days like today that the hurt comes back in force. I had planned to go to the crematorium and make sure your's and nan's rose bush is doing ok, but a late night and a bottle of wine scuppered my plans :( In my defence it's also Luie's birthday today and he's thousands of miles away in Spain so I'm missing him too so I had a bit of a drink (it only takes two glasses to knock me out nowadays!) It's very odd but I feel that when I write on here it's like a letter to you and you'll be reading it! Maybe you're with me now and watching me type! Fast ain't I ?????
